Your coaching experience
can be designed to meet your individual goals and
life style. Typically, individual coaching
sessions will be via the telephone and will occur
2-4 times per month for 30-45 minutes each session.
Additionally, unlimited e-mail contact and short
telephone contacts between scheduled sessions is
available. |

individual coaching vary according to the plan you
design. Typically, I charge from $250 - $400
per month. Other options can be negotiated. |

Coaching |
| Group coaching and local workshops will
be individually designed and costs will vary. |
