Young adults often struggle with academic success, not because they do not have the ability to do the work, rather because they lack the motivation and the attitude of success. PARENTS, you are spending thousands of dollars to send your student off to college.  You would not send them off to school without adequate supplies. Invest a bit more and provide them with a coach to get and keep them on track.
 

Making decisions regarding careers can be one of the most daunting experiences a young adult can face.  Identify your values, set your goals and develop a plan of action.  Those are the initial steps to take and a coach can walk that path with you.  However, the most important step is the one that puts the plan into action.  A coach will hold you accountable so you move the action forward.
